In today’s busy world, people often rely on quick and easy meals to get through the day. Examples of these are heatable convenience store products and hefty fast food meals. Unfortunately, these “quick fixes” do more harm than good. They may be packed with flavor, but they’re usually made with processed ingredients, and are devoid of essential nutrients for your health.

Making a meal from scratch can be tiring especially after a long day of work, but the flavors and the nutrients in it will be something that your loved ones (and your body!) will thank you for. These main dish recipes are not only delicious, but nourishing as well.

That’s probably because I always put a premium on using fresh, organic, and non-GMO produce and healthy fats. By using cuts of protein such as pasture-raised, grass-fed beef or chicken, or wild-caught fishes like salmon and sardines, and by adding spices to the mix, the finished product is not just a sumptuous meal, but one that has additional health benefits too.
